What happens when you raise your complaint?
We will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible at your local AINiT office. Our Procedure requires that we:
- Take immediate action.
- Aim to acknowledge complaint within the same business day from receipt.
- Call you within the same day or next business day of acknowledgement.
- Aim to resolve your complaint within 1 to 3 business days of receipt (depend upon urgency of the concern).
- We will be updating you about your ticket progress on your email.
- After getting your positive feedback, we will close your complaint ticket.
When we contact you to talk about your complaint we may ask you to provide more information to help us understand the nature of your complaint.
We will contact the person you are complaining about, provide him/her with details and ask for his/her comments and relevant information.
