ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THIS VISA

1. Be invited to apply

In order to apply for this visa, you need to have relevant skill and meet other criteria before submit an EOI- Expression of Interest through SkillSelect. Your EOI will be ranked against other intending applicants and might be invited to apply for the visa.

2. Skill Assessment

You must have a suitable skill assessment from a relevant assessing authority at the time of invitation.

3. Score of 65 Points or above

You need to score at least 65 points and you can receive point for the following factors.

• Age
• English language skills
• Education qualification
• Skilled Employment
• And other factors

4. Be under 45

You must be under 45 at the time of the invitation to apply for the visa.  

5. Other main factors  

• Make sure your profession is listed on the appropriate Skilled Occupation List.

• Pass the skilled migration points test.

• For your occupation, you must have a skills assessment with the appropriate evaluating authority.

• Submit an Expression of Interest and you would be invited to apply.

• Meet basic skilled migration standards, such as English language proficiency, health, and character checks before you apply for the visa.
