This agreement is made on 5th Jan 2021 between Australian Immigration Network & IT “AINiT” (hereinafter referred to as The Agent) of 107-C, 1st Floor, Jami Commercial Street No. 11, Phase VII, DHA, Karachi, Pakistan and Client Name: [your-name] ( Here in after referred to as The Applicant) resident of Address: [address]. The Agent conducts a Immigration and Education Consulting Business, under the name of Australian Immigration Network & IT “AINiT” at 107-C, 1st Floor, Jami Commercial Street No. 11, Phase VII, DHA, Karachi, Pakistan.

The Agent agrees to assist and The Applicant agrees to pay the service fees towards the following costs and on the following terms: Where: The Checklist means: List of required documents to submit for the application. (The applicant has to provide accordingly) CICmeans: Citizenship and Immigration Canada (Current Policies)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Agent agrees to accept this appointment subject to its terms and agrees to act and perform to apply for: Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) + REST OF PNP program (if applicable) visa for Canada for The Applicant according to the Canadian Immigration Act and Migration regulations

2. The Applicant agrees to pay all costs to The Agent for the above-mentioned purpose and also shown below:

3. The Stage 1 fee must be paid by The Applicant at the time of signing this agreement. Once The Applicant signs this agreement and pays the registration and 1st Installment of agent’s consultancy fee which will not be refundable to The Applicant in any circumstances. The stage 1- Education Credential Assessment of qualification process will take approximately 10 to 20 days (time frame as per relevant assessing authority) after providing all required documents as per the standard set by the assessing authority in Canada.

4. The Applicant will pay the 2nd Installment fee to the Agent at the time of positive result of the Education Credential Assessment from the relevant assessing authority in Canada. The Agent can only show the outcome of the assessment result to The Applicantor The Agentwill only forward the positive outcome of the assessment result to The Applicantuntil The Applicantpays the full agent’s fee 2nd Installment as mentioned above. The Agent’s Fee 2nd Installment is a part of stage 1.

5. The Agentcan lodge an Expression of Interest (EOI) on behalf of The Applicant to CIC and there is no official application fee of EOI or the EOI application fee may be applied if the CIC required in future at the time of lodging the EOI application.

6. The Agentwill not be responsible if the CICdoes not implement the EOI policy then The Agent will not refund any part or full consultancy fee of stage 1 or Stage 2.The Agentis not giving any guarantee of positive assessment result or grant of state sponsorship or the selection of EOI or the grant of the above visa subclass as mentioned in clause 1.

The Applicant must pay the Stage 3 fees regarding visa Application to CIC at the time of lodging visa application.Stage 3is non-refundable in any circumstances.

8. The Applicant must pay the Stages fees regarding visa Application to Citizenship and Immigration Canada Step by Step mentioned above.

9. The Applicant agrees that the above-mentioned applicable fees are non-refundable if The Agent provides The Checklist of the relevant application form/s to be sent to the relevant Canadian Assessing Authority or CIC, Canada. The Applicant also agrees that there will be no liabilities on The Agentif the application will be unsuccessful by any reason/s or as such visa will not be issued due to the following reasons given in clause 10. The Applicant has to pay the above-given amount to The Agent according to the above-mentioned fee schedule otherwise the process of education credential assessment or visa processing will be delayed/withheld. The Agentmay ask The Applicantto pay the extra service charges if the application process may prolong because of the CIC, Canada future policy.

10. The Applicant should be aware that his/her application for the desired visa can be unsuccessful/rejected (subject to written confirmation from CIC) under the following circumstances: -

a. The Applicant has supplied any document or made any statement in relation to his/her visa application, which is found to be false, unwanted, irrelevant /bogus etc.

b. The Applicant has provided any sort of fake or forges diploma, degree or experience letters and the authorities are not satisfied with this documentation because of investigation/verification held by CIC, Canada, there will be no liability on The Agentif the application is rejected on this basis.

c. The visa application becomes un-acceptable if The Applicant has failed the health or character checks found by CIC)

d. The Applicant withdraws the application after the visa application has been lodged with the CIC.

e. The visa application fails because The Applicant has not fully complied with any of the conditions of the previous visa issued to The Applicant by CIC, Canada.

f. The visa application fails / liable for rejection if found by CIC, Canada, if The Applicant could not achieve a minimum required IELTS CLB level score of 6/7/8/9 in General Training Module or else as per current policy in each component, for a test conducted not later than 24 months prior to the date of sending the visa application to CIC, Canada.

11. The Agent also guarantees and clarifies to The Applicant that the above-mentioned consultancy fee will be used for making The Application on behalf of The Applicant to the relevant authorities will be presented professionally to obtaining the desired outcome from the relevant education credential assessment authorities or CIC.

12. The Applicant agrees to pay the other expenses in addition to the above-mentioned fees for which The Applicant will also be liable e.g. Medical Examination, Police Clearance, IELTS etc.

13. The Agent will not be liable or responsible if the assessment or visa application will be refused at any reason & AINIT will not refund the consultancy fee or the official fee to The Applicant.

14. The Applicant agrees that he/she will clear all dues/fees in this respect as per the above terms and conditions.

15. The Applicant agrees that The Agent will not assure any kind of guarantee that the above-mentioned visa will be approved by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

16. The Parties have agreed and signed this agreement on the date specified in this agreement.

17. The consultancy fee paid after signing the agreement ensures that The Applicantacknowledges that case processing over The Applicantsdocuments should start, therefore any withdrawal regarding any consultancy fee at any stage, stands non-refundable or non-transferrable in any circumstances.

18. Once the documents checklist is given, either through email or through a hard copy and The Applicantacknowledges it by signing the respective document, then the consultancy fee involved stands non-refundable in any circumstances.

19. The Applicant has to pay a separate instalment of consultancy fee as mentioned above if The Applicantwill change his/her marital status or addition of child after lodging the visa application to CIC or if The Applicantwould like to get the immigration visa on his/her passport if he/she resides out of Pakistan.

20. Applicant’s file will be closed if The Applicantfails to pay his/herdues.

21. If The Applicantcannot submit the desired documents according to the given checklist of any stage within 90 days from the date of giving document checklist then The Applicanthas to pay the registration and consultancy fee to The Agent otherwise applicant’s file will be closed and there is no refund on the paid registration fee, consultancy fee or any official fee.

22. On provided the information and documentary evidence of the above applicant, The Applicantcan pass the passing minimum passing point of 67 before taking his/her case and also consider the following factors.

23. The Applicant has read the below Factors, Details, Points and Remarks that he/she can score the minimum points of 67.

24. The Applicants Profession has to be mentioned in the PNP list in order for us to apply on behalf of The Applicant(All States).

25. Any courier charges will be paid byThe Applicanthimself or herself.

26. Documents attestation will solely be the responsibility of The Applicant.

27. To provide the documents is solely The Applicant’sresponsibility.

28. Please, noted Canadian Government reserved all rights to change the fees, fund and policies without any prior notice. In that case, AINiT will hold no responsibility.

29. All document e.g. Experience letter must be verifiable. Canadian Authority hasthe discretion to visit physically to check the Job site etc.

30. If a spouse will be added then their ECA Fee will be charged separately for both official fee & our consultancy Fee as ECA of Spouse is optional depending upon applicant’s will if he/she wants to attain extra points in the pool.

31. Dollar Rate will be applied tothe current exchange rate as per any of the above stage payment.

32. If applicant has two spouse, so, the applicant can take only one spouse to Canada.
